Write to [email protected]. You reach the people who build ModernCI. There is no SLA and no support plan yet.
When you write, include:
modernci --versionmodernci call health(it names any stall, alarm or pause)- the pull request and check, and the reproduce command from its status, if a result is wrong
- for connection problems,
modernci init --list(it never shows tokens)
Never send tokens, secrets or master.key.
Before writing, try troubleshooting: every wait and fault ModernCI reports by name is listed there. For security reports, write to [email protected] with "security" in the subject.
